Advice from a Native

Thanks for the post from Sylvester Campbell

My new neighbor got me up to speed on details about internet service in my area. My husband and I are new to Missouri and we definitely were not too sure what was available to us in this part of the country. My husband and I come from such different areas. He was born and raised in California and I grew up all over the place. I probably spent most of my time in Louisiana as a teenager. That is the state I remember the most of everywhere my family lived. We met at school and once we were married we had to figure out where we would end up living.

I think we finally decided on Missouri because my husband wanted to go back to school for social work and there are some schools in the state that are well known for those programs. We figured it would be best to live in state and get a cheaper tuition rate.

Obviously, neither of us really had an idea of what services like TV, Internet and electric would be like in the state, but I am glad out neighbor did! She’s a born and raised Missouri citizen and she no doubt saved us when it came to figuring out things like who to get Internet from.

How to Dress for Your Pear Body Type

The term’ pear body shape’ emerges from the fruit: pear. This is common for all the body types because it consists of a majority of the typical averaged styles. If the body shape is similar to that of a pear shape, one should avoid some common fashion related mistakes.

To begin with, it is important to note the characteristics of a pear body shape.

How to Dress for Your Pear Body Type

One can determine if the body shapes are similar to the pear by analyzing the bottom bodies to find if it feels heavier than the top. Women with this shape will also have the childbearing hips, which appear wider and larger. The neck is equally small or slender and possibly long on a narrow, sloppy shoulder with a waistline that is well defined.

How to Dress for Your Pear Body Type

There are various fashion strategies one can follow to find the right garments to dress the pear body shape. The first and critical thing is to note that, the attention is at the bottom, and therefore, the emphasis ought to be on the upper body Tops such as shirts, blouses, tee shirts need to draw the attention to the upper body to the shoulder.

The shirts need a wide neckline to complement the narrow neck and the top must draw attention to the face. Jewelry such as earrings or elegant necklaces can also enhance the facial looks and entice responsiveness to the upper body. Scoop necks also work well with a thin neck and thus enhance the pear body shape because of keeping the focus to the top.

The tops should not bring attention to the slim waist and therefore, belted wears are not advisable. The shirts should neither be too tight nor too loose. The pear body shape is not perfect and one should not hide it beneath baggy tops because the buggy garments will only emphasize the heaviness. The finish can be with a slightly fitting blazer but should fall below the waistline. The large sleeves are a good balance to the slim waistline but should not be puffy.

The third strategy for dressing the pear body shape involves the shoes. The shoe styles should assist in bringing out a slim-legs appearance. Heals are of assistance in balancing the bottom side of the pear body shape, but one should avoid those with ankle straps, since they enlarge the feet, especially the ankle area.

Lastly, it is important to choose the right bottoms for the pear body shape. The bottoms should fall slightly below the thin waistline to avoid making it look smaller. The torso should look longer. The A-line skirt styles are optimal wears that do not emphasis the pear body shape.

The skirts drapes smoothly out of the hips and thighs, hiding the flawlessness. For the pants, baggier legs are necessary to cover the wide portions and should be of a slightly reasonably lower waistline. The tight fitting garments are therefore, not required for the pear body shape.

Sell your Law Firm on the Open Market

Running a law firm is quite an achievement and those who find themselves in this position rarely want to let go. It can be both a pleasure, and an honor, but sooner or later priorities shift and when this happens, people prepare for an elegant exit. This involves selling the venture, and the goal is to extract the most profit from the transaction, while making sure that the process doesn’t run into insurmountable obstacles.

To prevent such situations, business brokers are hired for the job, as they have both the experience and time to look for serious clients who are willing to pay the right price. There are enough people interested in a law firm for sale and if the firm is well marketed, clients will wind up paying a fair amount. Selling it on the open market means that there are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of, as long as buyers and sellers get the chance to meet each other.

The role of brokers is to facilitate this interaction and to establish a mutually beneficial partnership. A physiotherapy practice for sale attracts just as many customers, and the prices paid for such a venture can go surprisingly high.
